Each child is allocated a key person who ensures a smooth as possible transition into pre school and attends to their well being, educational and developmental needs throughout their time with us.
The key person will undertake regular observations and monitor each child’s progress, allowing them to tailor activities to suit their needs.
All staff are encouraged to attend a variety of training opportunities throughout each academic year and we also receive support from the Early Years Advisory Team.
