15 & 30 hours Early Years Education Funding (EYEF)

Early Years Education Funding is a government scheme and available to all children from the start of the term after they turn 3, for 15 hours a week in term time only. This does not need to be applied for by parents, although we will ask you for proof of your child’s date of birth during the registration process and ask you to sign a provider funding agreement.

Working parents may also qualify for a further 15 hours a week, a total of 30 hours. To access this extended funding you will need to apply online. Once this has been approved, you will be issued with a ‘500’ code which you will need to pass on to us to claim the funding, as well as your National Insurance number and DOB. You will also be prompted by HMRC to revalidate your code every term.

Visit this website to find out more information: Childcare Choices or to find out if you are eligible, see the following link: 30 hour funding

2 Year Old Funding

We are also a 2 year old approved provider and have a limited number of spaces for 2 year olds. Government funding for 2 year olds is available to working parents for 15 hours a week in term time- again from the start of the term after they turn 2, which you will need to apply for via Childcare Choices

As with 3&4 year old extended funding, once this has been approved, you will be issued with a code which you will need to pass on to us to claim the funding, as well as your National Insurance number and DOB. You will also be prompted by HMRC to revalidate your code every term.

Funding for 2 year olds is also available if you are in receipt of certain benefits. To find out if you are eligible for 2 year old funding, again please visit Childcare Choices.

Sessions not covered by childcare funding are charged at £5.00 per hour for 3 & 4 year olds and £5.50 per hour for 2 year olds. In addition, there is a termly charge of £25 for consumables such as wipes, sun cream and other resources.

Sessions can be tailored to your child’s individual requirements. Your child can attend until 11.45am or stay for lunch until 1.45pm and we ask that you collect your child promptly at the end of their session.

Fees are payable in advance, invoices are sent out monthly at the beginning of the month and due within 1 week. Unfortunately we are unable to refund fees due to illness or holidays.
